We ship to the United States only, you can view the shipping costs below for more information.

The official USPS website offer the tracking option available on this website, we advise you to keep your receipt, order number and, if you have it, (paying) tracking number until you correctly receive your order. 

Customer Care

Please note that all of our items are handmade, so we do not insure that all of the items will be completely identical once purchased. However, we do not sell a creased or ripped origami to our customers. We do not keep or store your billing as well as personal information, thank you for trusting the Blue Jay Origami customer care.


Our origami has either been designed by Delphine Surel (owner of the store), has an unknown designer, is traditional, or is an origami creator's design, in this case, we have the approval from that specific person to sell it at Blue Jay. We give credit to anyone who kindly gave us their permission to sell their origami models (view the credits on the home page).
